These Terms of Service govern your use of www.matunion.com and provide a general framework for quotations and orders. A signed quotation, proforma invoice, or contract prevails over these general terms if they differ.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to transmit unlawful or misleading content.

Product information

Product descriptions, dimensions, load figures, and images are provided for general guidance. Load capacity is a static rating and depends on mat thickness, size, and ground conditions; contact us for a project-specific recommendation. Colors and surface details may vary slightly between production batches. Certifications and test reports are listed on our certifications page.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing and receive the agreed deposit. Prices, quantities, specifications, and delivery terms are those stated in the accepted quotation or contract. Taxes, duties, and destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly included.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard terms are a T/T deposit with the balance before shipment; letters of credit and other terms are available by agreement. The payment schedule in the quotation or contract controls.

Shipping, risk, and title

Shipping terms follow the Incoterms stated in the quotation. Risk passes according to those terms. Title passes when we receive full payment, unless the contract states otherwise.

Warranty

Warranty terms are stated in the quotation or contract. Contact us for the current warranty statement for your product and application. No lifetime warranty is implied.

Returns and claims

Inspect goods on delivery. Notify us promptly, and no later than 7 days after delivery, of visible damage or shortage, with photos and packing details. Custom products are non-returnable unless defective. Returns require our prior written authorization.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property

Site content, logos, photographs, and text are owned by us or our licensors. Do not reproduce or use them without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the courts of Qingdao, Shandong, unless the contract provides otherwise.
