This page summarises how Matunion ships ground protection mats and outrigger pads. Exact terms are confirmed in your quotation or contract.

Incoterms

• FOB Qingdao, Shanghai, or Ningbo — standard for container orders.
• CIF and DDP — available on request; we quote to your nearest port or door.
• EXW — by agreement.

Production lead times

• Standard stock: typically 7–15 days.
• Custom sizes, colors, or logos: typically 15–25 days.
• Lead time is confirmed at order; peak season or large projects may require more time.

Container loading

Approximate capacity for 12.7 mm HDPE mats: 300–320 mats per 20ft container and 550–580 mats per 40ft container. Exact quantity depends on mat size, thickness, packaging, and accessories. We confirm the loading plan before booking.

Sea freight and samples

Sea freight typically takes 20–40 days depending on destination and routing. Samples can be sent by express courier; sample freight may be charged and can be credited against a qualifying order.

Export documents

We provide a commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading. Certificates of origin and test reports are available on request. Packaging is ISPM-15 compliant where applicable.

Inspection

Third-party inspection before shipment is welcome. Please arrange the inspection and share the plan before production is completed so we can coordinate access and timing.
