Abosn Plastics offers stamping of Company Name, Vehicle Registration Number, and Telephone Number on each pad — maximum three lines per pad — specifically to "stop all the confusion on site of which pad belongs to which vehicle or company." Laser engraving, CNC etching, and hot-press branding all available. Custom QR codes linking to digital inspection records and usage logs. Fleet managers use serialized pads to track condition, predict replacement cycles, and assign pads to specific equipment.
Natural Theft Deterrence
UHMWPE pads have zero scrap metal value — unlike steel plates which are routinely stolen for recycling. This serves as a natural theft deterrent. Combined with engraved company identification and serial numbers, unauthorized resale becomes effectively impossible. Custom colors (bright yellow, red, corporate colors) make pads instantly identifiable on multi-contractor sites. Stolen pads are easily traced through engraved registration numbers.
