Custom Sizes

Any dimension from 610×1220mm (2×4ft) to 6000×2000mm (20×6.5ft). Metric and imperial. Standard alternatives: 3×8ft, 3×6ft, 2×8ft, 2×6ft, 2×4ft, 1000×2000mm, 1500×3000mm, 2400×1200mm.

Custom Thickness

10mm to 50mm. Light-duty 10mm for pedestrian and turf protection. Medium 15mm for general construction. Heavy 20-25mm for tracked equipment. Extreme 30-50mm for cranes and drilling rigs. Tell us your load requirement — we engineer the thickness.

Custom Colors

Black (standard), white, blue, yellow, green, red, grey, dual-color combinations. Match your corporate brand palette. High-visibility yellow for safety zones. Green for landscaping and turf protection. White for clean-room or food-grade environments.

Logo & Branding

Hot-press logo, laser engraving, or CNC etching. Company name, logo, serial numbers for fleet tracking and theft prevention. Custom QR codes linking to usage instructions. Branded mats also serve as job-site advertising — your logo seen by every site visitor.

Material Blends

Virgin HDPE, recycled HDPE (cost-effective, near-identical performance), UHMWPE (extreme duty), custom color masterbatch, UV stabilizer concentration adjustments for extreme climates. Food-grade formulations available on request.

Custom Surface Patterns

Choose from 10 U-Mat patterns or submit your own tread design. Specify drainage channels, smooth zones for pedestrian areas, extra-aggressive grip for steep slopes. Dual-surface: vehicle tread on top, pedestrian-safe on bottom.

OEM Process — From Drawing to Delivery

Step 1: Send Requirements

Email us your specs: size, thickness, quantity, color, pattern preference, logo file (AI/SVG/PDF). Our engineering team reviews within 24 hours.

Step 2: Technical Drawing Approval

We produce a CAD drawing showing dimensions, pattern layout, logo placement, and connector hole positions. You approve or request changes. Typically 2–3 days.

Step 3: Sample Production

We produce 1–2 sample mats for your inspection. Custom color matching and logo samples included. 5–7 days for custom sample production.

Step 4: Mass Production

After sample approval, full production runs 15–25 days depending on quantity and complexity. Quality inspection at every stage — raw material, molding, trimming, final QC.

Step 5: Shipping

Packed on pallets, container-loaded at Qingdao/Shanghai/Ningbo port. FOB, CIF, DDP terms available. We handle all export documentation including certificate of origin and SGS inspection reports.
